Fujitsu Siemens Amilo li 2727 unable to boot?

My Fujitsu Siemens Amilo li 2727 is a year old now, but for the last month or so I have been unable to go on it, everytime I start it up it comes up with the following error message on a black screen:
For Realtek RTL8101E 10/100 PCI- Express Ethernet Adaptop v1.03 (070618)
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM.
Operating system not found
