Check engine light is on, per Auto Zone it gave code 453. Below is what the read out receipt says. I have heard so many times to double check the meaning of these codes so you don't end up fixing a bunch of stuff that didn't need to be. I search the net and haven't had much luck. I need help in knowing what to check and do. PLEASE

EXPLANATION
The evaporative emission system sealed condition is monitoroed by this sensor.
PROBABLE CAUSE
1 - Fuel tank pressure sensor defective.
2 - Check connector and wiring
3 - Check hoses and fittings
