For all of you that were asking for more info on our Jackpot headpipes in other threads I will offer a bit more info here to keep the threads on topic. The Jackpot headpipe will be a 2/1/2 design and is constructed completely of aircraft grade 304 stainless steel and each pipe is Tig welded by hand. The design and engineering that has gone into the headpipe will bring forth a new level of quality. The primary tubes are fully CNC formed and feature stainless machined inlet flanges for a positive seal. The "Jackpot tandem flow collector" is very complex and is essentially a double merge 2/1/2 collector which uses the RH exhaust path as the primary exit with a left crossover. The headpipe uses the stock heatshields and OEM crossover pipe and hardware to retain a stock appearance. For 2010 SG/RG with 2/1 stock headpipes we have a heat shield extension and will have a required OEM parts list of the items needed to convert to a 2/1/2. All headpipes will have 2 sets of O2 bungs, both 18MM for 09 bikes and 12MM for the 2010 models both in the OEM locations. This will accommodate all OEM and EFI tuning options. There are no catalysts in the headpipes. We have months of R&D in the headpipe which offers very good performance gains as well as substantial heat reductions due to both the design as well as the superior heat dissipation of stainless steel and is an excellent option for all 96, 103, and 110" bikes. We will post some direct before/after dyno charts and more info on our website next week. We will try to get some pics of the production pipe as well. Headpipes will start shipping in about 3 weeks.
