I've been wondering about your break-in procedures. Not knowing anything about how this works, it seems like new engines would change as you do the development.

As for your new products, I've been waiting to get my 09 SG broke in so that I can do a Stage I, it looks like you will have some exciting choices for me.

The headpipe temp runs 100+ degrees hotter on our 2010 bike than our 09 bike comparing stock to stock. I did not measure muffler shell temp on our 09 bike when it was stock so I do not have specific data, but notably the muffler on our 2010 SG is much hotter.

I would estimate 8-12 weeks on our headpipes as we are still working on the final design and need to test the 2010 models as well, and we just got our bike yesterday. We will offer headpipes for all 2009-2010 2-1-2 equipped bikes as well as the 2010 2-1 models (the 2-1-2 will also fit the 2010 SG/RG) They will be constructed from aircraft grade 304 stainless with a stepped header design. The pipe will be Tig welded and polished to a mirror finish. We are also designing the headpipe to work with the stock heat shields which will save some $$ as our target retail price will be in the $320.00 range. Our main concentration for this headpipe is maximum performance and heat dissipation

Sounds like you will have a winner with those pipes. Now I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger on another setup I was considering.

Will these be targeted to run with the Jackpot tuned mufflers or will they accomodate most of the popular slip on mufflers?

If you happen to come up with an oval shaped slip on that has a little more bark to it, I'd be interested in something like that as well.

We just added a new page to our website with preliminary info on the 2010 bikes and our new Jackpot products www.fuelmotousa.com/2010harley We will be officially releasing everything on Sept 1st.
