N Nate New member Sep 6, 2009 #2 you could go by using your odometer but it could be your fuel sending unit gone bad i had to replace it in my 99 ranger but until i did that i went by my odometer go like 280 miles the fill your car back up never hurts to ride on a full tank...lol
