Fuel Filter/Spark Plugs for a 1996 Mercury Force 2-Stroke?

I have a 1996 Mercury Outboard 40hp Force motor. Looking for the correct spark plug and fuel filter. The spark plug I have on it is a Champion L7 6V, cannot find them on the web. The fuel filter has only one number on it 149U, again cannot find this on the web. Can anyone tell me, what is the correct plug and fuel filter, and where I might be able to find them? Thanks.
 
Its A L76V and should be available at any boat dealer or you can buy them online at http://www.boatersworld.com/bm/sparkplugs/Champion/index.htmlat

They also sell the fuel filter for your engine or you can take your old fuel filter to your nearest boat dealer's parts department and they will match it for you
