Basically, he's right. It sucks a lot worse being hopelessly alone all the time than it does to have to pick and choose between women. Having a tricky situation at the very least will give you something to occupy your mind and stimulate your ego, even if you don't end up a lucky man. But I guess that shouldn't stop anyone from making these threads, because if you don't know how to play your cards right, you'll end up damaging your ego further and end up just as hurt as the people who have always been alone...

If you can get them both to see the benefits of sharing you, It will create a very strong relationship. Do it now before you get married. cause, then its a no no.
 
Well now, let me explain something. I have only had one relationship with someone in my entire life, and that lasted a month, and ended because he cheated on me. I don't love these people, and the situation that I am in does not grant me the space to "choose which one I want to be with." So, don't automatically bitch me out because I "don't understand" where you're coming from.
 
Being attracted to someone can really be a pain in the heart sometimes. I know it doesn't help right now, but once you've declared your affection to someone, the next step is mostly up to them.

You're going to be meeting lots of new folks when you get out of high school, especially since you will be attending college. And, chances are, you may find yourself attracted to someone who has already determined their sexual preference, so you aren't caught in this "will she/won't she" part of the equation. (Wanted to add a math term for UberSkippy.)

So, take a deep breath, and keep your options and eyes open.
