I got a stolen credit card from a friend at work i spent $40 on it. The police took me in and arraigned me. I have a court date coming up and have a lawyer. It says im being charged with FTD illegal sale/use. I have had two priors a CSC 3rd degree expunged under hyta and a conspiracy to commit larcey also expunged with hyta what do I have to look forward to? I am in michigan.
