frutels

hello everybody!
I'm turning 20 and I still have some pimples...i heard and read much about frutels and it seems to be great!! but before I buy them I wanted to know how long will the results last. I mean, do i have to use it for years or after a period I can consider that my acne is totally off??

well the idea behind frutels is that they supply essential vitamins internally to fight acne (mostly the b-vitamins), so if you start taking them, see improvements in your skin, then stop taking them,...you end the supply of vitamins to your system, so i would assume you would break out again. i was taking frutels for about 2-3 months and saw a slight improvement in my skin...but i couldnt afford to keep buying them so i opted for vitamin supplements instead....b-12, b-5, zinc, and chlorella is what i have been taking for the past 2 weeks. so far, without the frutels my skin has taken a turn for the worse and the vitamins dont seem to be helping. im going to give it a couple more months, if i dont see improvement, i will just spend the $$$ on frutels....
