FROZEN toes up the chinn bone to my knee, tip of nose, finger tips and uyv

I am freezing cold when I ought o be not. It is warm climate here. I am loaded with fear from whatever this is..that makes my toes being frozen and cold and as well the parts mentioned.

One doctor said this=increase SALT intake--did not work. Another one said Anzxiety..and gave me pills against anxiety(?)..did not work either..!
Anyone has this condition and can help me with some understanding and possible remedies for it.
It is scary....

Does not matter how many blankies I use..the cold is there. :(

You don't have the most helpful doctors, do you?

If your extremities actually turn blue while they feel cold, you may have Raynaud's syndrome. [Anxiety pills surely won't help that! What a dope.] Raynaud's is more common in cold weather climates; but even in summer, the AC can trigger it. Does it seem like that's happening?

Otherwise, I agree you should have your thyroid checked.
 
Had it done and test came back alright. Doctor still tells me..it is anxiety. It's true i have had major and still work on it challenges with my health..but I don't think I have anxiety. At least am not panicky at all. Matter fact I take very much control of my health..ever since I was given a missdiagnosis and suffer with extreme from it now. Well, yes i live in a cloder during winter climate but it is summer now and I am frozen cold. The aanxiety pi;lls I do hate they are called Xanax..and make me tired that's for sure. Had tumor removed in head 2007 and was botched terrible so it was repeated and still am paying a high price from the error the first surgeon done. One thing is during removal of tumor the nerve was damaged and so I have neuropathic pain. I am super sensitive to medication and so the pain doctor put me on Xanax..hence, me sleep my life away.
Nothing has turned *BLUE* yet..it is just frozen and scary like I don't feel my body parts.

Thank you so kindly for taken time to reply. I just don't know, just don't know. Maybe it is all the treatment i receive which causes me to go down instead of up. Who knows..
