Frozen Shoulder & Cortisone Shot?

I hear it's supposed to help for pain but does the cortisone shot also help give range of motion? Has anyone done it for Frozen Shoulder - your experience please? thanks!

The "cure" for frozen shoulder is the range of motion exercise that breaks the scar tissue causing the joint immobility. The cortisone shot helps alleviate some of the pain that physical therapy produces, making it a little easier to do the exercises. At least, that's how it was for me. Those exercises were still torture, though.
