My cell phone is frozen, I can use the phone to call people via voice command but I cant get into the phone any other way. The touch screen is frozen. I don't drop it or get water on it. One day it just froze. The screen looks normal. I took the battery out and that didn't help either. Please any advise other then throwing the phone away, it cost to darn much! HELP.... Thank You!
