Frothy yellow residue on my oil fill cap of my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee.?

Hello,
When changing my oil on my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee (V8-5.7--118,000 miles) I discovered a yellow "frothy" residue on the bottom of the oil fill cap as well as loaded in the pcv valve. No sign of anything in the oil itself as well as not on the dipstick. I've seen posts about short trips etc but I primarily drive at least 30 miles at a shot. I did an engine block test with one of those kits that you fill with fluid & place in the radiator fill & pump the ball. It came out negative for blown head. (I'm guessing that test isn't super accurate) It's the first time I've noticed it. Not losing anti freeze & it looks clean. Didn't have extra oil level when I changed it. I cleaned out that yellow gook and replace the pcv as well as cleaned the tube (the best I could) that connects the the pcv.
It's been cold here (Chicago) and I typically warm up the Jeep before taking off. Is it possible that it's just condensation? Sorry for the long novel here. Just wanted to be thorough...
Thanks in advance!
Kurt
