My 8 ft tall Phoenix palm got water logged over the winter which froze and has killed off the smaller branches, which turned white and rotted at the stem, then just pulled out all mushy. Only the larger outer branches are still green and strong.
Will the plant survive? If so how long will it take for new growth to begin again.
