A gang of young thieves flee Paris during the violent aftermath of a political election, only to hole up at an Inn run by neo-Nazis.

This is well worth a luck for Horror fans , its a redo of Texas Chainsaw Massacre....very gory in the style of Switchblade Romance.
Xavier Gens ,the director is superb (he did the newly released Hitman film ),

All I've heard about it is rubbish, one of the worst horror movies in a long time... Hitman isn't really a film to go by for good films...

I'll wait till dvd rental.

UltraViolet
Yeah cheers for that ....:( watch it an then give a personal review ..
not look at IMDB......yank idiots who cannot follow subs ...lol

Sorry I should of said its a dvd ....for those who like foreign good films , ;)

I didn't look at IMDB, they were reviews from all over the world.

It doesn't stop me from watching though, will definitely watch it because I enjoy French films, especially if Horror :)

Just not too keen on this one to rush and see it.

Martyrs is one French film I want to see though!! look it up if you don't know about it. Suppose to be intense!

Fronti

I thought that Inside was the best Horror film I had seen for ages, but nope, just a week later it's been superceded by Fronti

Saw sometime back, bit sterotypical film, very similar to Texas Chainsaw Massacre. not a gore fest but scenes of torture.
Wasn't that bad though.

Inside is more Gory. I've just finished watching it right now, I'm still in the 'wow!' frame of mind. There's more blood than gore put it like that. :)

Yea that 's it. :)

I would normally post the films original title, but I couldn't be bothered to open up another brower to get the spelling right. :o:D

If you like Spanish horror and haven't checked out the wonderful The Orphanage then I totally recommend it. It's a slow build horror that isn't gory or action packed like the above ones. But oh so good.

Just watched this tonight and I thought it was awful. It's far too long for one, none of the characters are likeable at all and the direction and camerawork look cheap and amateurish. I don't normally mind shakycam that much but in this it's completely pointless. Whenever someone starts running or any scenes looking to build tension it's like the cameraman is having a seizure and it looks ridiculous, taking away any sense of immersion in what's happening. There're a couple of cool death scenes at the end but you have to wade through some much bloody tripe to get there that it's really not worth it.

The other recent high profile french horrors are leagues above this in every way.
