Front wheel hub crack C50T

I received an e-mail from a friend about the front wheel hub on the 2005 C50 having hairline cracks. I went and checked and sure enough there appears to be small cracks in the hub:mad: Have'nt heard from Suzuki bout this. I would think that if it was a big issue there would be a recall...What do think? Has anyone else experienced this problem or looked at there front hub? :confused:
 
I have a 2005 C50 and have hairline cracks in my rear hub, I reported it to Suzuki Australia who told me that they are casting cracks, they also had a look at some new wheels they had in stock and they where the same. The guy from Suzuki took all of my details and the Vin number of my bike and told me that Suzuki would replace the wheel if the cracks got worse and it did not matter how many miles or how old the bike is.

I would sugest it to everyone that if they have what looks like hairline cracks in the hubs to report it to your local dealer and also Suzuki. If they get enough pepole reporting the cracks Suzuki might do a recall.
 
I have a 06 C50 and have the what looks like cracks in the front hub. I brought it to the dealer where I purchased the bike in Texas and they said the same thing. Called Suzuki and they said that they would do nothing about it. But if I wanted to get it inspected by one fo there technicians and if there was something found with it they would pay for it but if there was nothing wrong I would have to pay for. What ever happened to piece of mind. Well the friday I brought the bike to a dealer in Louisiana and they said this is the first time they see this. The thing is that the marks aren't raised on my bike they are in the hub. I have to bring it back on monday so they can contact the company. I guess I will see what is going to happen then.
