Front lights, tail light, gauge lights not working on my honda 110cc motorbike?

i recently took it to a tuning shop for a routine service, now i cant figure out what happend, i was installing neon lights and wanted to test them so i touched them on the battery terminals, then after that my battery was completely drained, nothing electrical worked at all, took it to the shop and they said i needed a new fuse and new battery bcos its became defective, so i went and done that, just got a new battery and fuse, now the electric starter works again, blinkers, break light but the tail light and head lights do not work, is there another fuse located somewhere?? i only changed the one fuse i could find thats on a wire connected to the battery in the seat compartment, someone help me i cant ride at night anymore when i need to the most.

i got a packet of fuses thats the same as the original, i took the head of the motocycle off, changed the bulbs but no luck, and cant seem to find any more fuses?
