I own a 2007 Dodge Nitro, it has had a couple issues. I had to bring it in before because it was not switching correctly from 2 wheel to 4 wheel drive. Now I just noticed recently, that while turning the front end jerks (going forward or backwards) a hard turn only, and the steering seems a little stiffer. The jerking has happened in 4 wheel drive usually but now being winter where I go back and forth with 2 wheel/4 wheel, its happening in 2 wheel drive also.
Does anyone have any ideas? If it is my C/V or Universal Joint or what it may be?
