can anyone tell me why my front brake pedal is hard to prees down. and the bike does not good with the front brake. thanks.

rear brake pedal. hard as a rock.

Remove the lever and check the bushing. If that's not it, start looking at the plunger in the master cylinder.

If you have installed V&H tru-duals lately, the petal may be hitting the exhaust.
Dealer installed V&H tru-duals on my 08 Ultra SE3 and on the way home I barely had rear brakes, turns out they had reversed the washer under the trans causing the pipes to sit lower and contact the brake petal. Re-did everything myself and solved the problem. There only about 1/4" clearance between the brake petal and the exhaust when everything is aligned properly.
