I'm looking to replace the drivers side front axle seal on my 84 Toyota 4x4. The truck has the straight axle and im pretty confident that I can do it but I have two questions. Is there a C clip that holds the axle in place or can I just slide the axle out? and will the axle come out without taking the steering knuckle off or do I have to take everything off until the start of the axle housing. Thanks!
