I live in Bulgaria in a city caled Sliven and my country is the center of Pirating(downloading e legal stuff from the internet) and there are no shops that i can pre-oder or order the limited codex edition so i am asking you guys if you know a site that i can pre-order it please tell me.Oh and i have never pre-orderd anything so
