some one who is passionate and leads, but on the down time he writes poetry ?

A person who is wise for his age, what does this mean other than he has had life experience.

I want to know from a psychological stand point. Detailed answers are much appreciated.

Personally, I see it as a person who is right brained. Creativity is usually a right brained thing. You add that someone who is passionate and leads, but on the down time he write poetry. To me this implies that you think that that isn't something a "man" would do? There are many people who are creative and can lead. Writing poetry does not make anyone a bad leader. Writing poetry also shows that the person likes to express himself, and if he doesn't share it, wants to be open, but is to afraid of what might happen.
Now, as for a person who is wise for his age. I would say that that person possibly is well read and knows a lot of situations and therefore build up experience. However, this is not always true, because personal experience is always better than second hand experience. Now, I don't know if you are religious or not, but in the Bible (yes, the Bible) there was a king named Solomon, and he was blessed with wisdom from God. So, we could technically say that some wisdom can be given in the form of a blessing. (Yes, I know that last part has nothing to do with psychology)

I'd advise to take a myers-briggs test. There are free versions online, google it. They aren't completely accurate, but if you're interested in exploring your personality, they are pretty cool.
