Frizzy Hair?

Hi

i have curly wavy medium length hair sort of like Adrian Grenier's.

Some times it frizzes a lot mainly on the sides and on top how can i get this to stop.

I put lots of conditioner in my hair when i wash, i use anti frizz products sometimes i even use olive oil.

Please someone make the frizz go away! I want my hair to be silky and smooth
