Frivilous Motions before the Court?

The Complainants Attorney has filed before the Court (5) malicious Contempt Motions against us. When the actual facts is presented to the Court everything is forgotten. It costs us money defending ourselves from the baseless motions. What can we do to stop his baseless Machinations and accusations?
