A girl in my med program is absolutely awesome. She and I have very similar personalities, similar interests, even philosophically (deep appreciations for things). A girl like her doesn't come around often. Looks wise she is a solid 9/10 and her family has a lot of money. And yes she's been single for some time as well. As for me, I'm a 7-8/10 and have average money. She comes over to talk with me as much as I head to her... considering the looks difference and especially the money, would it even work? or should it stay as friends?
