To make a long story short, I let a friend of mine use my car for work and he has dissappeared with it. He left a note saying that he's not coming back. The cops say that I can't report it stolen since he had permission to use it at one time. I have no idea where he is and neither do our mutual friends. I'm afraid this loser is going to get in a wreck with my car and I'll get sued. How could I go about recovering the car or signing it over to him?
