A friend of mine failed to go to court for a traffic ticket, he also didn't pay his car note and the company reported the car as stolen, and his girlfriend lied and said he attacked her, so, needless to say he has a warrant out for his arrest, or maybe even three...i don't know.
I am concerned about him and want to know what I can do to assist him. What information can I give him?
The company retrieved their car via the repo man and all of his personal belongings are still located therein. Can he go to the car lot and retrieve his belongings or will they have him arrested?
The next issue is since he resides in Arizona what does that mean for him if he travels out of state? Can he be arrested in another state for his warrants in Arizona?
What if he turns himself in? He has a job, hasn't been in any trouble, basically a really good guy.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
