will be her punishment? my neighbor who by the way is (18) newlywed and has a one year old daughter was caught stealing from the navy exchange on a military base. she stole $50 worth of makeup. police was called and they gave her a violation notice and said she would have to appear in court. the citation she got was 18 usc 641. Will she do jail time? Or will it just be fines? She lives in WA state by the way..
