My friend bought a motorola i285 cheap cell phone because her's broke. She went to check the text messaging menu & when she clicks the message menu it only shows Voicemail, SMS, & Net Alert. The Create Message, Inbox, & Outbox menus are missing. Is there a way to redownload it to the phone, or recover it ? I have no clue what's going on with it.
