fresno state or san francisco state?

So I live in San Francisco and I heard that SF state university is a really good school. But i've lived here in the city for too long. On the other hand, Fresno is far from here, but I'm not sure whether fresno state is a good school and how the city is there. So my question is SF State or CSU Fresno?
