hello there
I am a electronics fresher just into industry past 2 months
Recruited by a Bussiness Appplications Software -IT company for a decent pay, I chose to work for a startup in the field f my interest , (Embedded systems).
The job is worth technically and happy and satisfied about it but the pay i get is far less than what my peers get in similar companies.
Though Iam not worried about my current financial status Iam greatly worried about my growth seeing ppl in other similar companies. any thoughts on this..?
