Frequent weeing

Ive been getting up in the night recently about 3 times for a wee.

I dont have an infection, its been checked, and when i wee its not just a little bit, its a full bladder, or almost full.

Its breaking my sleep, its when im lying down, its worse. I dont wee so much in the day as at night.

Any ideas what this might be?
 
Has this been something new for you or has it been going on for some time? I know a person who has been this way their whole life, but they do also go often during the day. When someone was complaining about having to get up to pee 1-2 times per night, she nearly laughed since she gets up many more times than thoat and wished it could only be 1-2 times! There was some kind of condition going on that medication can somewhat help, but not a complete cure. But, if yours is ONLY at night and if it hasn't been this way for a long time, perhaps it's something different.

Just some background questions that may help- about how much water do you drink during the day? Do you drink a pretty even amount throughout the day or more at certain times than others? What other beverages? What does a typical dinner look like for you?
