For the past few years, I've been having mild headaches on a near daily basis.
I was thinking it was my pillow. Because the back of my neck sometimes has pain and the headache is usually just at the base of the neck and the top of the head and sides.
Its rarely enough to stop me from doing my work, and sometimes I don't even notice it for stretches of time.
I've tried many types of pillows, and some seem to help, but then I get headaches again soon after.
I toss and turn quite frequently in the night, constantly changing positons. I usually sleep on my stomach, but switch sides (facing left or right), then flip to my back, and sometimes on my side.
Any help or idea what could be the cause would be great! Thanks!
