Freezing!

Why am I always freezing?! To the bone cold!?! All my blood work came back fine, except for vitamin D deficiency. But I don't think a lack of vitamin D could cause this, can it? I am constantly cold. My hands are ice cubes, my nose feels like ice cubes as well. Even my feet feel cold, even when I have shoes on!!! At home, I sit directly in front of my of my space heater. For bed, I wear long sleeves and long pants, and socks. And I'm usually just all layered up! It is so annoying to be like this. Any gust of wind will literally leave me frozen! I am small, but I'm not that skinny!!!!!! I can't plan to go anywhere sporadic if I don't have a sweater. So movies and restaurants always involve sweaters! I don't think I have circulations problems or thyroid issues because all my blood work said I am healthy. But this cold intolerance is really annoying me. And I hate when people say its all mental. Clearly its not!!!!

Why am I always cold? :(

Do you ever get discoloration of your fingers and toes with it? If so you could ask your doctor about the possibility of Reynaud's

92261, I am not close to menopause but I can't wait!!! LOLOL. I even get cold when I see young children in tshirts outside!! LOL. And if I plan on buying meats in the frozen section, I MUST have long sleeves on. I have left relatives when they are in the frozen foods section because I'm shivering and really uncomfortable!!!

My T4 and T3 and all of that was normal, no anemia, and no cholesterol or blood pressure or anything to signify poor circulation. I think I'm going to try and find thin gloves for work because typing makes my fingers COLD to the bone.

srivera, my right hand, which is usually my coldest is always slightly redder than my left hand. But I read with Reynauds, fingers get white. And, believe it or not, sneakers make my feet colder because they are not far enough from the ground. So it seems like the cold from the ground just goes through the sneakers and I have freezing feet!!! I have had the property manager at my job warm up my work area (I think they hate me at this point!!!) but its still cold :(.

This sucks!!! My nose feels like a dog's wet nose!

I'm in Phoenix and freezing LOL! My hands/feet are always cold too. I huddle under a blanket with the heating pad on the couch watching tv. For the computer, I have cut the ends off the fingers of the dollar store gloves. I have low thyroid, but according to recent bloodwork, my medication is at the right level. I often wonder how accurate it really is.
