Hello i need to repair a Samsung ZV40 with phone freeze.

What can i do?

I have ZV40BUFF7 flash, but i don't know with what can i flash it.

flashing will not correct phone freeze unlocking is the answer you must use nspro or easyunlocker if you cant afford the equipment take it to your local shop
