Freeze Dried Vegetable Powder Drinks Question

I just purchased a freeze dried powder called "Super Green". It says one tablespoon is a serving size...which equals a few servings of vegetables.

Am I missing something? How is this possible? 1 tablespoon of powder is tiny.

Any help in understanding this is appreciated.
