This is all I need. A free website host that allows you to use more than CSS, HTML, and Java. Certainly no "pre-set templates".
Bandwidth and the like are not of a concern. Even if I were to put up .pdf downloads of charts, it's not like those are large files.
I only want it so I can code and plan out the site, and see how the pages look before I go to, probably, asmallorange and purchase a domain there. I tried webs.com, but they don't let you use PHP unless you pay some fee or something stupid like that..

Actually..Unless you have better suggestions than the orange? I don't really know many aside from webs, weebly, and asmallorange; the orange just seems to be the most reputable and affordable of the three.
