i'm from malaysia and due to my isp throttling torrent speeds the HIGHEST i ever got is abt 30kb/s so i am desperate to look for a free vpn to get through this. i'm looking for a Free VPN client that works well for uTorrent. and no im not looking for trial,or what not and if the recommended one has no cap,even better.
keep in mind im looking for VPN for torrent not proxy to view sites. i understand free ones arent super good but im just asking for recommendations. mucho thanks
