Free verse poem about the beach? Please help.?

I am writing a poem for my English class and I honestly am really bad at writing poems.
My mind comes up blank.
If anyone is any good at writing free verse poems please help.
It has to be about the beach.
Please include about the sand, the ocean, the fish in the water and anything else that you would find at the beach.
