Free unlock for Nokia E63?

I got my cousin's old Nokia E63 without a sim card, can I get it unlocked without using a website? It is locked to '3 mobile' but there is no 3 store any where near where I live. I want it to get moved to a Vodafone account. All the information I can get will help, like do I need to go to a 3 store, do I need the sim card, etc.
 
I was not able to get a free unlock for the mobile model that you have specified.I suggest you can approach Onlinegsmunlock.com and get the required unlock code along with free unlcok instructions for your Nokia E63.You need not go anywhere..as this is an online unlock service and moreover this does not require any simcard to unlock.You compose #pw+CODE+1# and the sim restriction OFF message will appear after successful unlock.
