I'm in the US and I was wondering if there are free mobile softwares the allows me to send text messages to the Philippines. If there are also softwares on free calling please give it. I am not looking for those monthly payment, I was hoping for either the one time low payment and/or completely free, no payments, no strings attached whatsoever.
