Free time at University (quarter)? Average?

I know it isn't much. How many hrs per week would you say a typical uni student has free?

I've read somewhere it's around 20 depending. I'm only taking 13 units atm and I study 6hrs a day every day. (I did good on midterms so far)

It seems I have 28hrs free per week so I'm wondering what's up.
