free T-mobile blackberry sim card, help?

Its the one where you top up £10 on the free blackberry sim, and then they say they will text you with instructions, but they didnt, so now i dont know what to do, someone help. i have £9.97, i had exactly £10, so i dont know whats happend, i was meant to get unlimited texts, internet, email etc.. im annoyed and frustrated, can anyone help please?
