free sms???

I have seen that it is possible to send text messages and does not charge. I heard you have to type in a code. Does anyone know how to do this?

I would say that is impossible. You see, in order for someone to type in a code and send sms-s for free, one would need to create that kind of a code. The phone manufactures would need to create something like that (if they could, which I doubt). So just think, why would someone want to do that? What profit would they have from doing that? Not to mention the fact that they would most likely be prosecuted by law because of that.

It is just a rumor that you heard. Though it is possible to send sms quite cheap or maybe even for free via internet, but then again you pay for data transfer.

Of course if anyone ever finds such a code and can prove that it works, please share that with others.
