free program to start pay per minute adult sex line?

I'm looking to start up an adult pay per minute sex line. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a program for this for free or cheap. The searches i've found have been real expensive. I have women willing to work but I have to get the program to charge per minute so that the customer can pay with a credit card and will be billed per minute. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. thanks
