I know there are lots of threads like this , but I have a few specific requirements -
I need a simple php host with -
1. smtp/mail()
2. fopen() , fwrite() should be open
that it!
I don't need -
Mysql/database or large disk space (100mb would do) or large bandwidth.
Its for a small community website. Please recommend a few free hosts. I have already tried a few - x10hosting (mail doesn't fucntion properly) , 000webhosting ( fopen(),fwrite() are not available) , heliohost ( won't send the reset password mail) .
