I was arrested for medicinal marijuana a few footsteps away from my garage door and locked up for 11 hours, was offered a collect call but couldn't use it as no one I know accepts collect calls.

I was fully cooperative, non aggressive and posed no threat to anyone. The California Bar of lawyers has it written on their website that you are entitled to not only one but three free calls within the area code. Any calls after that are by collect
