Free morph or transparent PDF photo software?

Anyone know of a software program where I could either "lay" a pdf photo on top of another and see the one on the bottom, like a transparency?

Or a program to Morph two or more PDF photos to see the changes?

I have found morph programs for JPEGs (and such) and I have found programs that convert PDF to JPEG...they do not work on photos.
