Hi all I have a friend that is looking for a banner that my daughter got offline free but had to pay shipping to welcome home her husband from Iraq do you know what site I might find this at? Thank you in advance
 
Around the 4th of July, buildasign.com was giving away 10000 free ones, but you had to pay shipping. I think they ran out, but may be doing something for the holidays??
