Free local php testing server windows.?

A few years ago, I found a programme that would install a local testing webserver on a Windows machine. It was a complete bundle of apache and PHP and MySQL in one installer file. Can anyone say what this programme was called and where I can now find it again? I know that this set-up can be achieved by installing the above three components separately, but I would like the single install programme please.
